加工中心簡稱CNC,是由機械設備與數控系統組成的使用于加工復雜形狀工件的高效率自動化機床。加工中心又被稱電腦鑼。加工中心備有刀庫,具有自動換刀功能,是對工件一次裝夾后進行多工序加工的數控機床(chuang)。加工(gong)中心(xin)是(shi)高(gao)度(du)機電(dian)一體化的產品,工(gong)件(jian)裝夾(jia)后,數控(kong)系統(tong)能控(kong)制(zhi)機床(chuang)按不(bu)同工(gong)序自動選擇、更(geng)換(huan)(huan)刀(dao)具、自動對(dui)刀(dao)、自動改變主軸轉速、進給量(liang)等(deng),可連續(xu)完成鉆(zhan)、鏜、銑、鉸、攻絲(si)等(deng)多種工(gong)序,因而大(da)大(da)減(jian)少(shao)了工(gong)件(jian)裝夾(jia)時(shi)間、測量(liang)和機床(chuang)調整等(deng)輔(fu)助工(gong)序時(shi)間,對(dui)加工(gong)形狀比較復雜(za),精度(du)要求較高(gao),品種更(geng)換(huan)(huan)頻繁的零件(jian)具有良(liang)好的經濟(ji)效(xiao)果。

CNC立式加工中心的用途:

(2)高(gao)精度工(gong)(gong)件:有些工(gong)(gong)件需求甚(shen)少,但屬(shu)關(guan)鍵部件,要求精度高(gao)且(qie)工(gong)(gong)期短,用(yong)傳統工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)需用(yong)多臺機床協調工(gong)(gong)作,其周期長、效率(lv)低,在長工(gong)(gong)序(xu)流程中,受人為影響容易(yi)出廢品,從而造成重(zhong)大經濟損失(shi)。而采用(yong)CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心進行加(jia)工(gong)(gong),生產完全由程序(xu)自動(dong)控(kong)制.避免了長工(gong)(gong)序(xu)流程,減少了硬件投資及人為干擾(rao),具(ju)有生產效益高(gao)及質量穩定(ding)的特點。
(3)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)工件(jian):CNC加(jia)(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)柔(rou)性不僅體現在對(dui)特(te)殊(shu)要求的(de)快速反應(ying)上(shang),而且可(ke)以(yi)(yi)快速實現批(pi)量(liang)(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)產,以(yi)(yi)提高市場競(jing)爭(zheng)能力。CNC加(jia)(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)適(shi)合于中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)產,特(te)別是小(xiao)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)產,在應(ying)用CNC加(jia)(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)時。盡量(liang)(liang)使批(pi)量(liang)(liang)大(da)于經濟(ji)批(pi)量(liang)(liang),以(yi)(yi)達到(dao)良(liang)好的(de)經濟(ji)效果。隨著CNC加(jia)(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)不斷發(fa)展,經濟(ji)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)越來越小(xiao),對(dui)一(yi)些復雜工件(jian),5-10件(jian)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產,甚至單件(jian)生(sheng)(sheng)產時也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)考慮用CNC加(jia)(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。
