CNC立式加工中心的用途:

(2)高精(jing)度工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian):有些工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)需求甚少(shao),但(dan)屬關鍵部件(jian),要(yao)求精(jing)度高且工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)短,用傳統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝需用多臺(tai)機床協調工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,其周(zhou)期(qi)長、效(xiao)率低,在長工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)流(liu)程中,受人為(wei)影響(xiang)容易出廢品,從而造成重大經濟損失(shi)。而采用CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中心進行(xing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),生產完全由程序(xu)自動控制.避免了(le)長工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)流(liu)程,減少(shao)了(le)硬件(jian)投資及人為(wei)干擾,具(ju)有生產效(xiao)益高及質量穩定的特點。
(3)批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)件:CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心(xin)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)柔性不僅體現(xian)在對(dui)特殊(shu)要求的(de)(de)(de)快速反應上,而且可(ke)以快速實現(xian)批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),以提高市場競爭能力。CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心(xin)適合于中小(xiao)批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),特別是小(xiao)批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),在應用CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心(xin)時。盡量(liang)使批(pi)量(liang)大(da)于經(jing)(jing)濟批(pi)量(liang),以達到(dao)良好的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)濟效果。隨著(zhu)CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)不斷發展,經(jing)(jing)濟批(pi)量(liang)越(yue)來越(yue)小(xiao),對(dui)一些復(fu)雜工(gong)件,5-10件就可(ke)以生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),甚至單件生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)時也(ye)可(ke)以考慮(lv)用CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心(xin)。
